You will

Working within the Luxe HR Retail Team, you are fully accountable for the delivery of talent strategies, designed to achieve the goal of best beauty employer. You will be recruiting across 900+ counters within Retailers and Boutiques across UKI for our luxury brands (Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Valentino, IT Cosmetics, Urban Decay, Kiehl's & L'Oréal Designer Fragrances).
You will coach and develop 80+ Area Managers to hire and retain the best retail talent, whilst driving improvements to how we recruit and on-board.
You will also be accountable for the end to end process of hiring the best talent for our Field and Education Management teams.

You have

  • Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition role, working within a large team, with willingness to have full autonomy in role.
  • Experience in the Retail industry or companies with high levels of change and pace. Comfortable managing high volume of vacancies.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to work at pace and handle ambiguity
  • A professional, diplomatic and friendly manner, ability to build and retain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An ability to analyse data and draw insight on recruitment trends, sharing innovative ideas to improve our hiring and onboarding processes, including ATS Systems.
  • Demonstrate self confidence and excellent communication skills with the gravitas to influence local/global stakeholders
  • Digitally savvy with a creative mind to explore new avenues to engage with retail talents
  • Thrive on developing people, accountable for development and capabilities of the Talent Apprentice.

What are the key duties of this role?

  • Attraction: You will identify ways of optimising our global employer brand for your retail client group by creating engaging campaigns and running targeted events to attract the best beauty talent.
  • Selection: You will work closely with hiring managers to screen, interview and select the best retail managers. You will work directly on Business and Store Managers vacancies in our top counters & boutiques whilst supporting our Intern with Beauty Advisor recruitment across the brands.
  • Analysis & insights: You will have access to talent and people metrics for the division as well as a global dashboard with monthly analysis. Your role will be to understand the data across each of the brands, drawing out specific observations and insights. Attending quarterly meetings with the Brand Retail Directors, you will share these insights and develop recommendations on key opportunities and actions.
  • Innovation: continually improving our attraction and selection tools locally, collaborating with our global and corporate UK Talent Acquisition teams on innovative digital initiatives and pilots.
  • Talent Management: Work closely with the Head of HR to help support and anticipate on talent gaps and succession plans. Bring strategic and market insights on competition and also key talents for pipeline of key roles for Retail and Education.
