What you'll do

Provide friendly and welcoming first-line tech support face-to-face, on the phone and over chat, maintaining brilliant customer service and diagnostic flair, whilst troubleshooting technology issues, providing swift and robust resolutions, and interface seamlessly with second-line support teams.

Interact competently and expertly with a wide range of workplace technology products, including Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, Azure; Apple Mac and iOS; Android; Cisco networks, Cisco WebEx, audio visual solutions, video conferencing, unified comms, follow-me secure print, and many more..

Coordinate and administer customer appointments, incidents, requests, and tasks using Sky’s ServiceNow IT Service Management tool.

Support the tech onboarding process for new starters and assist existing Sky people with setting up new devices, configuring accounts and software, and provide training and mentorship on how to get the best out of the tech tools available to improve productivity and efficiency.

Assist with the day to day running of the print service, including replacing toners, clearing jams, troubleshooting faults, and helping users.

Be willing to travel to other tech bars in the UK, to provide tech support as and when required.
What you'll bring

Substantial experience working in a high-pressured customer-facing tech support role, have strong people skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be very well presented.

A passion for technology, with an excellent working knowledge of both Windows and Apple ecosystems in an enterprise environment, and an eagerness and interest in learning and acquiring new skills and knowledge.

A flair for problem solving and diagnosing technology issues on the spot, whilst staying calm and composed in a customer facing scenario.

Be highly organised, methodical, with excellent prioritisation, decision-making and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work on your own initiative, and as part of a collaborative team.

A can-do attitude, an eagerness and aptitude for learning and acquiring new skills and knowledge and always willing to go above and beyond to deliver the best technology experience to our users.
