The role of the care and wellbeing assistant is to provide the highest level of relationship centered care to residents, ensuring meaningful occupation is woven

Previous experience within a recruitment role this may be internally or within an agency environment.

They should also possess excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, as well as sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

\*Providing a first point of contact for customers through our helpdesk, be that via phone, email or ticket. At least 1-2 years experience in similar role.
