Telesales Executive

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive. This position would suit an individual who has an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional way.

Responsibilities

• Work towards achievable KPI’s
• Required to gather and contact warm/cold leads
• Calling potential prospects by phone
• Gathering business information
• Data entry into a CRM system

Requirements

• Experience in telesales/cold calling is essential
• A forward thinker who is great at seeking opportunities
• You need to be organised and methodical
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional
• Experience in the print industry would be beneficial
