As a Barclays Third Party Service Provider Connected Risk Analyst this is an exciting opportunity where you will report into the Senior third party risk manager. You will be interacting with stakeholders internally and must possess relevant interactive and communication skills. You would also need to be comfortable analyzing data and gathering information to assist the TPSP Connected Risk Managers. This will provide constructive check and challenge to business outcomes based on the TPSP Connected Risk data available.

What will you be doing?

• Delivering aid in the implementation and embedment of Barclays’ TPSP Connected Risk. Driving a more holistic, effective approach
• Coordinating the production of robust, effective, and insightful TPSP Connected Risk reporting and MI
• Undertaking business analysis to identify themes, trends, emerging risks in relation to third party risk and draw conclusions and learnings
• Handling the production of accurate and meaningful reporting, identifying opportunities to drive data quality improvements and educate stakeholders
• Working with the risk team and key stakeholders to validate the TPSP risk and know remediation plans to help business insights and commentary
• Providing feedback and input into the development of data, tools and processes that will further enhance and mature TPSP Connected Risk
• Analyzing and assessing risk and control data and drawing conclusions and learning from this

What we’re looking for:

• Attention to detail, with strong analytical skills and an ability to make sound judgements
• Stakeholder Management skills, able to form solid relationships and work with multiple stakeholders
• Experience of presenting risk related insights and management information, recognising the need to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Risk and control mindset

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Experienced in working with business stakeholders and building business relationships, with experience of assisting change delivery and transformation projects
• Working knowledge of TPSP or supplier related risk
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks / Possible experience working in risk management in the Financial Services sector
• Significant Experience working in a financial services or regulated organization with third party service provider or supplier experience

You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
