The Role
Trainee Business Analyst who is intelligent, articulate, curious and who has strong logical and numerical reasoning is required to join an established BA team within the Business Change function. Working on a mix of business process change and IT Systems/software delivery to support the Company achieve its strategic goals.
This is a new role and a great chance to build your career as a Business Analyst within a key function. To learn from a highly experienced BA team as well as gain a business/technology skillset and work with senior management in the business change and technology functions.

As a trainee Business Analyst, some of the following are preferred but not all are essential, as training (including the opportunity to achieve formal qualification) will be provided. We do however require some experience of the London Insurance Market.
