Have you got a legal qualification or legal background that you are currently not using? Alternatively, have you experience giving advice in a contact centre or call centre?

Why not come and work with our small team, giving advice on consumer law to consumers who have encountered problems after buying goods from another country. Advice is given over the telephone and via email.

Primarily giving advice and assistance the role also entails mediating with traders. The team work in a highly demanding and targeted environment in order to help as many consumers as possible.

All law, mediation and contact handling training will be given. An opportunity to work in an interesting environment making a difference to people who need your help.

You will have an understanding of the UK legal system, be able to work on your own initiative, have the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines and be computer literate.

Our head office is in Basildon and we are currently offering hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week working at home.
