Contract type: Freelance based on annual salary £60K-£70K (DOE)

What the Job Involves

• Closely working with various levels of management, Business users and leaders, IT Architects and Key users to identify and document requirements as Epics and User Stories.
• Dive deep with users to understand and document process, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create detailed future-state process maps and use these to detail requirements, identifying complex edge cases and potential roadblocks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to deliver high fidelity designs that meet user needs.
• Work with engineers in technical design to represent business needs.
• Own User Stories throughout the development process, working collaboratively with the Engineers and wider organization to overcome challenges.
• Support testing, change management and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with external partners and delivery teams.
• Assist in the identification and management of risks and issues.

Who You Are:

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analysis / Product Owner leading requirements gathering and solution design efforts in large global products / applications.
• Expert in modern delivery practices, both Agile and Waterfall
• Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Ability to interact collaboratively and influence stakeholders from various teams and seniority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and partnering approach.
• Ability to apply technology to deliver business vision.
• A track record of delivering in a complex multi-product / multi-application environment.
