Position Summary:

NAVEX is looking for a new Web Developer who will develop, deliver and support dynamic web forms, custom web interfaces, as well as other tailored services to our customers. This position is also responsible for administering back-end requirements related to customer data and will work directly with our internal teams. The ideal candidate will work well within a team-oriented environment while managing a list of action items assigned by your manager. The majority of your tasks and responsibilities will be focused on NAVEX’s back-end system administration environment. What You Will Do:
  • Produce code and graphics for web intake sites and web forms
  • Evaluate complex project requests based on system requirements
  • Analyse and upload customer data to support web reporting environments
  • Review and upload text in multiple languages
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues
  • Manage multiple complex work tasks, prioritising responsibilities, and executing against deliverables
  • Provide technical support for Services teams
  • Consistently maintain high standard on individual Key Performance targets (on-time completion, accuracy, utilisation, etc.)
  • Partner with team members to provide guidance and assistance related to product and process
  • Assist in onboarding and cross-training team members
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives
  • Follow instructions and establish guidelines as assigned by your manager
What You Will Need:
  • A bachelor’s degree or prior work-related experience equivalent
  • 2+ years website development experience preferred
  • Experience with and knowledge of NAVEX solutions and processes desired
  • Intermediate JavaScript knowledge required, experience with JSON desirable
  • Intermediate HTML, CSS, and web page layout skills required
  • Graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, color, and usability
  • Familiarity with popular web browsers and principles of accessibility
  • Basic understanding of database structures and functionality as they affect interface design
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical skills
  • The ability to interpret instructions from diverse sources
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within fixed deadlines
  • The ability to learn and assimilate new information quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
