OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Working closely with the rest of the Morrinson Wealth Wellbeing team to progress leads and meetings with Advisers. The MWW Operations Administrator will support all logistics for the MWW Team assisting with the day to day operational running of the Team. Assisting with raising the profile of the MWW proposition to existing and potential clients.

The MWW Operations Administrator will work alongside multiple senior stakeholders, playing a key role in delivering the Practice’s “Brand Promise” to clients and ensuring the client experience is in line with our commitments.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES


The MWW Operations Administrator's responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation and management of CRM system, processes and flow documents.
  • Allocate and schedule 121’s to Advisers and provide supporting information.
  • Collect relevant information from 121’s for internal reporting.
  • Collect Client Feedback and generate Event Report.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate any relevant End User marketing. collateral.
  • Analyse and improve organisational processes and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Event Coordinator/Lead to plan and execute MWW Webinars & Seminars.
  • Support the MWW Sales Team and Manager with operational ad hoc duties such as invoicing and meeting bookings etc.

PERSON SPECIFICATION


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum two years experience in a business administration role (or equivalent).
  • Outstanding communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • Highly IT literate.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Strong drive to achieve results.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Committed to advocating and encouraging an inclusive and diverse team culture.
  • Understanding the benefits of the wellbeing agenda and promoting an open and considerate culture.

OFFICE LOCATION


We are working on a hybrid model office/home working.

  • Salary of £24,000.00 - £27,000.00 depending on experience
