Graduate Hotels is seeking an experienced Wellness Therapist to join The Randolph Hotel part of the Graduate Hotels collection and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts!

The landmark 151-bedroom Randolph Hotel in Oxford is part of the Graduate Hotels collection. The boutique hotel takes inspiration from the prestigious Oxford University, with nods to college architecture and crests, as well as "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland," created by alumnus Lewis Carroll.

THE ROLE

As a Spa Therapist, you will be NVQ 2/3 Qualified. You will offer our guests a range of memorable treatments in a professional manner and at the highest standard, ensuring not only the best guest experience but also the best therapist experience.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of treatments ensuring our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • Acknowledging and responding to guest queries, needs and expectations.
  • Carry out an in-depth consultation with each guest prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified.
  • Ensuring aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns
  • Setting up and cleaning your treatment rooms before and after each treatment.
  • Monitoring stock levels to ensure that stock levels are maintained at all times.
  • You will assist the rest of the team with daily tasks, such as supporting on reception.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback.
  • Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean and well maintained.
