Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Workday Systems Business Analyst to be based in the United Kingdom, Europe or South Africa . In this role, AECOM is pleased to provide the flexibility to work from a virtual / home location. _Candidates must be willing to work schedules equal to local time zones in Europe._
Job Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
In this role the person will be required to provide system expertise to HR teams and the business pertaining to the use of Workday . The role is also a critical link in gathering business requirements for required system development for issue resolutions and enhancements. The role will facilitate UAT testing and knowledge transfer with the local HR team and cross-functional support teams.
+ Represent regional business needs and facilitate end user feedback to influence Workday configuration and enable self- service adoption.
+ Workday subject matter expert will research and investigate Workday system issues, gather data to support new enhancements, service requests and incidents.
+ Partner with other critical teams such as IT and Finance, and represent the region’s needs for enhancements, incidents, and service requests for other existing or new systems that connect to Workday.
+ Contribute to International backlog and prioritization of enhancements and incidents.
+ Represent supported regions in ensuring Workday security model is configured to meet their needs.
+ Collaborates with other regional Workday analysts to push forward globally aligned and focused changes where possible.
+ Works with global Workday functional leads and Workday technical support team to develop requirements, test configuration, and align solutions with key regional stakeholders.
+ Facilitate escalations and issues with Workday service, incident, and enhancement tickets
+ Find patterns and themes to drive change in our processes and configuration and improve user experience.
+ Regional liaison between Workday support model and HR/Business users.
+ Collaborate with HR centers of excellence teams and business facing HR teams around Workday process efficiencies, and advocate needs to drive solutions.
+ Partner with key stakeholders on change management and communication strategies related to Workday enhancements and releases.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
+ BA/BS and 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Relevant experience must include the following:
+ Experienced user of Workday HCM Core and Absence, and Service Now
+ Experience in a professional service environment or highly commercial major organization.
+ Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following:
+ Oracle,
+ Cognos,
+ SharePoint,
+ Tableau Reporting
+ Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point required
+ Demonstrated experience with data management and analysis skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Experience using Workday Reporting module
+ Experience with large scale HR systems implementations
+ Ability to develop and maintain successful and supportive relationships with regional stakeholders across functional support teams
+ Experience with backlog prioritization and grooming
+ Project and Change Management experience is highly desirable
+ PMI certification
