The role
We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our business. The role will include servicing and up-selling to our existing client base, whilst working with our Managing Director on the acquisition of new business. You will be working alongside other members of the production team and directly with our Operations Manager. This role has excellent career progression opportunities in the future as the Company grows.

Who you are
You are an expert Account Manager able to help make brave concepts a reality. You have an eagle eye for detail, and find satisfaction in turning creative ideas into digital assets.
What you do
Be an active member of our new business team, working with our Managing Director on in-bound briefs, liaising with our team and assisting with the creation of pitch documentation
Determine client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals
Develop open and effective relationships with each client, instilling total confidence in our strategic and logistic handling of their digital projects and campaigns
Act as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns
Keeping abreast with the digital industry, to identify areas of improvement for each client
Seek to uphold our internal processes at all times and actively encourage and ensure the members of our team adhere to processes
Work with our Production Manager to review profitability of each client account in terms of estimates, hours worked, and manage this appropriately
Be proactive in flagging problems within profitability and re-estimate where appropriate
Actively look for opportunities for growth within existing client accounts, and work with our team on exploring those opportunities
Write reports, where required, on the performance of each account for both internal and external stakeholders

Organisational and time management skills
Proven success working with all levels of management
Previous agency experience would be advantageous
