Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOI

Hours: 08:30-17:30 Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)

The task at hand:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Business Change team! As a Business Analyst you will work closely with all areas of the organisation to support the enhancement, refinement and implementation of our core business processes.

The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting all business change through investigation and analysis of business requirements and their associated processes, working with the business representatives to drive efficiencies and improvements.

Supporting a roadmap of exciting business transformation, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the delivery of both functional and technical programmes.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Working in conjunction with Users to analyse requirements, construct workflows and diagrams
- Create requirement specifications- both functional and technical for the use of the Development and Testing teams
  • Work with the wider Business Change team to define project requirements by identifying and documenting , user stories and process maps
  • Support the continuous improvement of business processes by writing and updating process maps and procedures, where required
  • Support training and demonstrations to both staff and customers of systems implemented, where required
  • Support with testing of releases, where required
  • Work with the Marketing department to construct the look and feel of defined requirements
  • Act as a source of expertise to all stages of software development life-cycle

You'll be great in this role if: You have previous experience as a Business Analyst working in an agile software development environment. alongside experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platform. In addition, you will have outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
