We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Customer Relationship Lead (Spondon, Derby/Hybrid)
As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.
As a Customer Relationship Lead you will be the voice of the customer within Incora providing first-class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation.
You will be the person dealing with any escalations, issues or concerns and making sure customer communication is first class.
As a manager of a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring your people deliver outstanding service and learn, develop, and grow in their roles
About You
You will be exceptional at customer service, understanding and actioning customer requirements and dealing with customers will be at the heart of everything you do. You will have the skills to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and have an ability to prioritise workload. You will be able to bring with you a fantastic track record of delivering great service and of managing people to do the same. Intermediate excel skills are a must for this role.
We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences of working in a management position where customer excellence is at the heart of what you do. We are especially interested in hearing from those candidates who speak an additional language, have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and/or production planning and are capable of creating solutions to customer issues.

· Starting salary between £28,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience
