We are looking for Customer Service Ad visors in our Branches . If you have a passion for customer service, love working with enthusiastic, supportive team members and can communicate well then, we would love to hear from you.

We have 28 branches across Northern Ireland, namely:

Greater Belfast

  • Donegall Square West, Knock, Carrickfergus, Kennedy Centre, Abbey Centre

North Down

  • Bloomfield, Downpatrick, Newtownards, Lisburn, Saintfield

South

  • Portadown, Armagh, Newry, Banbridge

Fermanagh & South Tyrone

  • Dungannon, Omagh, Irvinestown, Enniskillen

North East

  • Ballymena, Ballyclare, Magherafelt, Carrickfergus, Antrim

North West

  • Altnagelvin, Shipquay, Coleraine, Limavady, Ballymoney

Our branch working hours are 9-5pm Mon-Fri and Saturday 9.15-12.45 .

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle customer’s day to day banking queries, assist with their digital questions, open new accounts, provide information on new products, manage customer meetings, basically delivering that outstanding customer service we are famous for!

Our bespoke training programme ensures our new colleagues come together for the first week of their training at our Head Office in Belfast. You’ll then complete furthe r trai ning all in a supportive, safe and collaborative environment.

O ur branch colleagues interact with customers on a face-to-face basis and our working patterns are flexible to suit your life. If you want to work part time, we can offer that provided yo u are able to work at least 21 hours a week after training (training is full time 35 hours per week).

What skills and experience do you need to join us?

You’ve probably guessed we are looking for individuals with customer service experience, preferably from a retail, hospitality or customer facing background. You’ll also need to have experience of working within a team and have great communication skills.

  • The branch/branches you are interested to work in
  • If you are wanting to work full- time 35 hours per week or part time (minimum 21 hours per week)

Salary & Benefits:

There’s much more to working at Danske Bank than just a salary, but for this role we are offering between £20,225 - £25,000 (depending upon experience). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive 32 days’ leave per year which includes 22 days’ annual leave plus 10 paid bank holidays (Bank holiday working is not compulsory).
