CATERING MANAGER

Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee a team at our site in Maple Cross. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring admin and resource is covered, whilst providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Kitchen Assistants
• Stock and Financial Accountability
• Motivated and supporting the team in their duties
• Work closely with our Operations Director to ensure continuous improvement
• Ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations are adhered to
• Regular Client Meetings

Skills:

• Background working in a similar role
• Proven people skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clear communicator
• Efficient and proactive
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety policies

The ideal candidate will have prior experience either in a similar role or will have solid experience in the Catering industry and looking for their next step to progress.

Working Hours:

Full time, Permanent

Monday to Sunday , hours between 5:00am – 21.00pm working (hours to be discussed)

Payrate: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonus
