ERP Project Manager - Inside IR35

Contract Term: 6 Months

Contracting Authority: Serious Fraud Office

Location: Hybrid – Remote & 2 days per week in London.

As an ERP Project Manager your main responsibilities would be to:

· Leading & managing delivery of the ERP projects - replacing both HR & Finance systems.

· Building & managing the multi-disciplinary project team for ERP delivery.

· Ensuring that project delivery aligns to best practice, SFO’s delivery methodology & the Technology Code of Practice.

· Establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders / working with staff at all levels to ensure that projects meet user needs & deliver the required benefits – ensuring effective ongoing supplier & partner management.

· Working with the Finance team & other stakeholders to track & manage the project budgets / benefits.

· Ensuring the project has effective risk management arrangements in place – as part of SFO’s overall approach to risk management.

You’ll have relevant experience of:

· Demonstrable experience of leading successful technology project delivery through multi-disciplinary teams & applying appropriate methods including risk & benefits management,

· ERP Project Management experience – ideally replacing a financial management system with an ERP solution.

· Finance / commercial management skills – business cases / budgeting / forecasting / supplier management.

· Strong collaboration, communication & stakeholder management skills.

· Digital service delivery – desirable.

· Portfolio / programme / project management qualification – desirable.

· SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.
