Job Description :

I am currently hiring for an executive Assistant to join one of our private sector clients.

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to Hammersmith.

Determination has been done and this falls INSIDE IR35

This role is paying up to £350 per day (umbrella)

A few key skills required for this role:

  • Has extensive experience with diary management, travel, tax management

  • Experience working on a number of different project workstreams, someone who has done Project Coordination or Project Management as well

  • Working for someone who is client facing in professional services and needs to be proactive

  • Communicating and Influencing.

  • Strong Relationship Management.
  • Additional languages are a bonus
