Aynam Limited offers a dynamic community providing one-on-one Financial Literacy Classes online to children aged 8-14. Our aim is to help children to become financially responsible. From spending and saving to budgeting and learning the value of money, experimenting with their own money helps bring home the key lessons of financial literacy, enabling children to become financially confident and capable. It challenges them to question, imagine, and create in order to contribute boldly to a changing world.

Candidates should have experience teaching but not necessarily experience teaching Financial Literacy. We value and will also consider candidates with comparable and relevant professional work experience outside of academia. Preferred experience would include business administration, budgeting, finance, investments, and applied math. A strong understanding of financial literacy on both a personal and global scale is a must.

The candidate will be instrumental in developing and teaching a curriculum that instills values-based decision-making, analytical skills, complex problem-solving, and project-based learning.

You’ll be successful in this position if you have:

• Passion for your subject matter and an engaging learning environment;
• Desire, interest, and enthusiasm for working with young students;
• A willingness to incorporate social-emotional learning competencies (social awareness, relationship skills, self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision making) and project-based learning into the subject matter;
• Strong organizational and communication abilities;
• Compassion, patience, sense of humor, and emotional intelligence;
• Experience with addressing student behavior; and
• Creative and imaginative problem-solving skills.
