Framework National Account Manger - Home/Field Based - Birmingham

We are looking for someone to develop and deliver a Framework Head Office strategy in line with Brakes main objectives. To achieve and exceed Head Office customer budgeted sales and margin targets via centralised Framework team and regional field sales teams. Manage cross-functional teams and establish strong relationships with Senior Management.
The role:
As an NAM, you will be responsible for the management of a flexible & Framework portfolio of outlets, whist working within the customer first model, growing & retaining any profitable customers, & working to gain & grow new outlets. - with our commitment to traceability, responsible sourcing and sustainability, you’ll find that that our award-winning products will suit all your customers’ needs!
You’ll also need to be confident with the adoption of our modernisation programme and the new technology we are adopting to improve the customer experience and optimise performance (Experience of salesforce while not essential, would be advantageous).
