Information on the role

• Attending site visits
• Interpret technical drawings
• Produce details costings
• Compile and produce tender documentation
• Proactively interact with clients for enquiries, clarifications, and consultations
• Produce and maintain project cash flow forecasts

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and willingness to take initiative
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Full driving license
