We’re working with a brand experiencing significant growth in Runcorn looking to add a talented Graphic Designer to their internal Marketing team.

Our Client

A B2B brand, they recorded their strongest year of business in 2020, growing over 60% and 2023 is expected to exceed this. Culture is really important to them, they have a good work life balance (working hours 9-5), people are friendly and the team have a happy, positive atmosphere. You must be able to drive due to their location not being near public transport links but they are easily commutable from Liverpool, Chester, Warrington and South Manchester.

The Role

Reporting to their Marketing Manager who has a strong background in brands and agencies, this is their first Designer to join the team as they bring the work in from external sources. You’ll be utilising their existing brand guidelines to design a wide variety of offline and online creative, from print collateral, ads, exhibition stands, web, email and social assets, and video.

You

You should be a passionate Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally in a role where you’ve had to show creativity while working within brand guidelines. You should have a broad portfolio of print and digital work, a strong eye for visual composition and a strong attention to detail. You must have some video editing experience, this might be basic level, there is scope for you to improve in this area and brand out into filming and videography if you wanted to. You’ll need time management skills but will work closely with the Marketing Manager on this as well. They are keen on someone with a passion to expand on their skillset and can bring their own ideas to the role. There is scope for the role to grow as the business continues its growth.
