We are now recruiting for a talented Graphic Designer to deliver creative solutions for both online and offline marketing activity, based on design briefs supplied by our marketing teams. You will work with a wide range of design software applications including InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, MailChimp and Microsoft 365 Suite, using your initiative and flair to develop new creative concepts.

Key Tasks

• Produce visual solutions to communicate tactical and brand messages
• Produce a range of offline and online media and collateral including advertising campaigns, brochures, direct mail, email, web-based solutions, presentations, and video
• Share accountability for the turnover and performance of those design solutions and seek feedback on the success of campaigns
• Manage workload and liaise with the Design Studio Manager and Marketing Team to ensure deadlines are met
• Keep up to date with developments in IT, particularly design programmes and ecommerce applications
• Maintain a proofing schedule with all areas of the business
• Work with the Design Studio Manager and Marketing Team to ensure design is within usability guidelines for end customer

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following skills, qualifications & experience:

• Degree, HND or equivalent in graphic design
• Previous commercial design experience – both online and offline
• Creative design and art working experience for wide range of marketing material including brochures, adverts, posters, direct mail, magazines, web, social, e-shots, presentations and videos.
• Experience of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, InCopy, Acrobat and HTML. Microsoft Office 365 and MailChimp
• Demonstrate a clear ability for creating and understanding job specifications
• Attention to detail
• Excellent visual creative skills
• Good presenter of ideas and concepts

Desirable

• Travel industry knowledge
• Experience of Premier Pro
