Salary: £19,371 per annum plus a performance bonus of up to £968 paid twice per year after successfully completing probation.
Location: Home based
Hours: Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Various shifts available between the hours of 8am – 9:15pm Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday, 10-6 Sunday,
Start Date: Various start dates throughout April 2023
As a customer service advisor for Tesco Mobile, your role will be all about
providing great customer experience and leaving a lasting impression. You could be helping customers with a variety of queries, ranging from the straightforward to the more complex. The most important thing is that you’re there to help and that customers feel supported. As you develop in the role, you’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services on offer and we’ll give you all the training you need to know how to communicate this in lots of different ways, so the customer gets all the information they need. You may not have all the answers but that’s okay, as you’ll have a friendly team around you who are always there to help you to succeed in your role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • handling customer queries and delivering high quality service throughout

  • using your product knowledge to proactively find answers and solve problems

  • working to tight deadlines to ensure all queries are responded to in good time and meet day-to-day service delivery targets

  • adhering to data protection and confidentiality laws
