Villé Hotel is located in the heart of Manchester Gay Village. We are a small, 26 bedroom non corporate hotel

We are a small hotel located on Canal Street in Manchester City Centre.

We are currently recruiting for the position of a full and part time day receptionist.

You must have at least one year experience in customer service. Be responsible, organised, friendly and pay attention to details. You must be fluent in English and posses great communication skills. You must work great within a team and be independent as you will be working on your own. You must think on yourself feet and be able to make fast and good decisions. You must be confident in working with customers over the phone and face to face. It is important that you have basic knowledge of computers and have some experience working with word, excel and outlook. The hotel is located in Manchester Gay Village so you must also be very open minded

The position involves minor accounting, processing payments, input of over the phone and email reservations. Checking in guests during the afternoon shift and checking out guests during the morning shift. Dealing with complaints, responding to guests emails and assisting your managers with other tasks as needed.

We are hiring for day shift however night shifts are also possible for those who prefer night work

Day shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm to 11pm-
