The role
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our team. Working with our Account Managers, you will provide support to the team making sure client projects run seamlessly and efficiently. You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm and passion and have a YES! approach to everything you do. This may be your first step onto the agency ‘ladder’ but we’ll be with you every step of the way as you make your way up to super stardom.

Key responsibilities
– Briefing and working with the creative team to deliver projects
– Scheduling client and team meetings
– Drafting project cost estimates
– Creating project timelines and milestones documents
– Work loading and scheduling projects into the studio
– Sending weekly client campaign status reports
– Client budget tracking and fee forecasting
– Managing suppliers and drafting Purchase Orders
– Proof reading and providing feedback to the creative team
– Drafting and sending monthly client invoices
– Managing website content

Key skills
Essential
– Digitally focused with experience managing website content
– Organised, efficient and always ‘on top of things’
– A confident communicator
– An eye for detail
– Bring a YES! attitude and positive approach to every project and client
– A wizard in Excel
– Able to think on your feet and work independently when needed
Desirable
– A good understanding of the creative process
– A working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
– Experience working within a corporate environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
