We're looking for a driven and curious junior affiliate specialist to join our Affiliates & Partnerships team to help us manage partnerships and ensure success of our affiliate program.

The Affiliates & Partnerships team sits within the Marketing tribe. Our vision is to build the best partnerships programme so that any person or business can recommend Wise to their audience. We make sure they have all the resources they need, are rewarded fairly and the partnership is sustainable. We work with a whole range of partners across the globe, from comparison sites, investment bloggers, YouTubers through to online marketplaces and company formation agents.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and learn the ropes of affiliate marketing and SEO, as well as being the main point of contact for many partners. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring our program is running smoothly.

You will work closely with our programme management and affiliate relationship team to make sure we understand and maintain our partnerships through timely communication, payments and reporting.

This role is ideal for candidates, who are passionate and want to develop their skills in partnership and affiliate marketing. You have great organisational and communication skills, as well as the desire to develop into a highly skilled digital marketing / affiliate professional.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Working with our Affiliate Relationship Executive to categorise all new active partners
• Working with Looker and Ahrefs to analyse and understand how and why partners are performing across all projects including SEO content, YouTube, Business Services and many more.
• Investigating and uncovering fraudulent affiliate activity on the programme
• Working with our programme management team to process conversions, bonus payments and invoices using Partnerize
• Highlighting new potential opportunities that approach Wise to create a partnership
• Assisting project managers in outreaching to new partners to grow the programme on Buzzstream
• Responding to inbound queries from partners on performance, payments and anything else they might ask using Zendesk
• Helping to maintain promotional information available to our partners so they can share Wise to their customers
• Working with our Affiliate Relationship Executive to communicate with our partners via Braze
• Owning our free transfer promotions with partners

A bit about you:

• Have junior level experience in a marketing role / internship
• You have excellent communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset
• You're analytical and eager to learn and develop
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working in affiliates or partnerships
• Fluency in another language is a bonus

Salary: £25000 - £30000
