Role and Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support to both Team Lead and Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and delivery
Drive, cohesive, compelling Integrated Marketing Creative content experiences
Work in close partnership with EU marketing teams at all level Marketing activities
Work closely with all stakeholders across Marketing Operations and Finance to ensure smooth running of the relevant category marketing budget, raising campaign lines, PPs and POs via the correct Samsung process (SAP, BQMS, SELMS…)
Identify and share outstanding marketing practices across Samsung Europe that will support our centralised approach and lead on efficiencies across the business
Help establish tracking and reporting processes within our team and how this information is circulated
Identify stretch goals and improvements in day to day team operations and also campaign activity
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Someone who is passionate, motivated and interested in learning and delivering outstanding campaigns
Appreciation for and exposure to PR, Social, B2B, Media, ATL and BTL streams of work
Appreciation and exposure of agency management
Culturally atuned to Gen Z and Millennials
Creative judgement and ability to write clear briefs that get the best outputs from agencies.
Influencing skills: the ability to convince others, to see their point of view, to articulate how improving the path to purchase can deliver against business objectives
Resilience: this role requires someone who can juggle multiple projects, work at pace and be flexible
Collaborative: experience of building a network, understand different points of view, overcome objections, deliver a vision, a plan and then make it happen by working with and through others.

Driving for Results – chart a course of action in a complex organisational environment operating across diverse categories and markets. The approach should emphasise consumer and market needs, be insight-led, quantified and easy to understand;
Navigating Organisations – After agreeing direction, support the navigate through the organisation, recognising how to build EU consensus. Should stay fully aware of markets own pressures and motivations;
Planning and implementation - build and manage a strategic plan that impacts the consumer journey in an impactful and meaningful way;
Inspiring Others – build rapport and support by rationalising and evangelising across the European and HQ organisation, right up to executive level;
Creative Intelligence – introduce a way of working that acknowledges those aspects of Samsung culture we can’t change vs. those we want to. The operating model proposed by this role holder should be simple, effective and motivating for time-stretched people.
