Occupational Therapist (Band 5) Rotation Tower Hamlets

Looking for your first Occupational Therapy role or to expand your band 5 experience?
Based in Tower Hamlets within community health and social care services, our newly expanded Band 5 rotation offers diverse experience across community physical, mental health and social care teams.

We currently have opportunities for occupational therapists to join our supportive, dynamic team. Based from a large London trust, you will have access to excellent training and development opportunities and a large network of permanent and experienced senior therapists across the borough to support your learning and development. Newly qualified OTs will be supported by preceptorship.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Occupational Therapists to join us. The rotation includes specialities across community services: community discharge to assess, rapid response and intermediate care with A & E in-reach team, community older adults mental health team, inpatient adult mental health team, Adult Social Care teams including initial assessment team, major adaptations, Housing/Lettings Services, joint health and social care teams reablement and community learning disabilities.

The occupational therapy service has an excellent Band 5 Occupational Therapist support program offering training and development meetings and continuing professional development activities. You will be supported in developing your OT skills and encouraged in your professional development from a large and supportive OT service renowned for its innovation. We value commitment to professional development, training and high-quality clinical supervision for all our staff, some of whom have external teaching and lecturing responsibilities.

We offer a 300 training budget.
