Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our Apprenticeships.
During this Apprenticeship at Disney, you will get the chance to work side-by-side with industry leaders while you study towards your apprenticeship qualification - Level 3 Business Administrator. You will gain valuable skills working within one of the strongest family of brands on a global scale while building lasting connections. Imagine that!
For this Apprenticeship we have two roles on offer: one working as part of the Contract Management Centre, the other in the Content Programming Team. If you have a preference, please note this in your cover letter.
Contract Management Centre
As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will be part of the Contract Management Centre for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). This team is a crucial part of the Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing business, managing, and overseeing the licensing contracts for all Merchandise and Publishing deals. You will be immersed in the day-to-day business needs by issuing out Non-Disclosure Agreements, Artwork Release Letters, Point of Sale letters, running recurring and ad-hoc reports on business trends and metrics.
You will also be involved in ensuring compliance with contract policies and procedures, drafting contractual documents such as agreements and amendments, resolving issues and you will have the opportunity to be part of the many operational projects the team runs. This Apprenticeship will grow and enhance your knowledge of the licensing industry, strengthen your attention to detail and stakeholder management.
Content Programming Team
As a Content Operations Apprentice, you will be part of the Content Programming Team for EMEA. This forms an essential part of the Disney+ Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) business, operating within the European wide network of Content Planners and Global Content Operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of localised content.
You will be immersed in the day-to-day business needs helping the team manage the information flow from the European markets to international stakeholders. Strong communication and organisational skills will be needed to ensure all localisation is ordered and delivered correctly.
The role will also require the successful candidate to understand and help troubleshoot issues across various departments and other Disney lines of business (LOBs). You will also be involved in special projects, preparing sensitive information to aid EMEA market calls as well as system and tool development opportunities. This Apprenticeship will grow and enhance your knowledge of the SVOD industry.
Either Apprenticeship will provide a fantastic springboard for your future career.
