About the Role:
Our global consulting organization employs 30 highly skilled consultants and engineers who have unmatched experience in delivering industry solutions that span manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, finance, and services, with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations in North America, now expanding to the UK. We work with our clients to ensure they get the project outcomes they are expecting or more!

As a RutterKey Consultant, you’ll be working with our customers on the implementation of our visionary IFS solutions. You’ll either take the lead on projects independently, working side-by-side with our customers to guide them toward a successful solution delivery or fulfill the role of a subject matter expert on a larger team.

The ideal candidate will have worked with IFS Applications either as part of an implementation team or as an end-user. Experience in other EAM & ERP Plaforms will be considered. The role will be home-based with extensive UK and occasional overseas travel to North America and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

· Implementing IFS solutions ranging from new implementations, upgrades, and feature enablement
· Leading workshops to gather customer requirements
· Documenting and configuring IFS solutions
· Writing specification documents
· Providing post-live support and training to users
· Supporting the pre-sales team with customer proposals
· Product end-user training

Must-Have:

· Strong EAM / ERP application skills preferably IFS Applications, but other ERP experience will be considered.
· Strong Functional Experience in one or more of the following areas: Maintenance and Service Management, Porjects, Manufacturing, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Finance
· Excellent customer communication skills
·Collaboration as a member of a broader team.

Nice to Have:

· Product experience of IFS Asset Management and/or VIM / Maintenix
· Military Veteran with Industry experience
· Understanding of programming languages
· Agile project management methodology
