There has never been a more exciting time to join our Tadcaster Brewery. Founded by John Smith in 1758, Tadcaster boasts a brewing heritage second to none. A high-tempo site that incorporates brewing, packaging, and logistics, it’s a Heineken brewery where tradition and innovation come together to produce over 60 million pints a year. We're looking for Maintenance Development Engineers in Packaging, and in Utilities/ Brewing!

Packaging:

What’s the role?
We’re looking for an Engineer with a continuous improvement/TPM mindset to maximise the efficiency, effectiveness and value of our assets and resources. You’ll need to bring your detailed understanding and experience of modern maintenance techniques such as Preventative & Predictive Maintenance, FMECA & RCM and you’ll also need to be familiar with using CMMS as you’ll need this to analyse our breakdowns and develop maintenance strategies. A positive and supportive individual, you will lead problem solving teams and coach our frontline operators and technicians. At the heart of what you’ll deliver is the compliance to all relevant safety and statutory requirements. Beyond the technical, problem solving and improvement duties, this role will also provide direct support for Maintenance Managers.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an electrical, mechanical, process or chemical engineer (Recognized engineering apprenticeship with HNC / HND or have achieved an engineering degree, along with several years’ experience) you’ll be comfortable using structured maintenance development techniques and experience of process and high-speed packaging equipment to deliver outstanding levels of reliability at optimum cost. Ideally, you’ll have IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications already, but we can put you through the training if not.

Your can-do attitude and enthusiasm will be warmly welcomed, and your problem-solving skills will be put to good use. If you have a positive outlook with a continuous improvement mindset, then we want to hear from you.
