Due to the success of the Group Strategic Analytics (Strats) team over the past few years we are looking for a number of new hires to work on our Global Book of Work spanning a number of businesses. This is a great chance to join a diverse and growing team that is a key function across the Bank building a front office pricing and risk management system and supporting a number of key Global programmes.

Deutsche Bank Investment Banking is one of the main providers of Electronic Trading solutions globally. It uses an array of electronic and algorithmic trading strategies and techniques to meet its obligations as markets participants and to fulfil its duties on behalf of its clients.

You will be joining the Strategic Analytics Group as a Project Manager to complement existing standards of controls and governance. You will work within the Risks & Controls Governance team which reports into the Head of Electronic Trading and Strategic Analytics.

Your key responsibilities

• Project manage a number of technical projects across electronic and algorithmic trading and Strats
• Design and implement management information (MI) to report progress of projects
• Work with stakeholders within technology, business, and trading
• Report progress of projects to senior management
• Assist with regulatory reviews and projects in relation to electronic trading (Prudential Regulation Authority supervisory statements, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (PRA SS, MiFID II), regulatory responses)

Your skills and experience

• Knowledge of electronic trading and/or risk management frameworks including Automated and algorithmic trading, Direct Market Access and Sponsored Access, other methods for accessing markets, Electronic Trading transaction lifecycles
• Knowledge of operational and conduct risks in relation to electronic trading and of regulatory developments for electronic trading such as MiFID II requirements and PRA SS updates
• Project management related skills and knowledge of project management techniques such as agile, waterfall. Strong knowledge/ understanding of Information Technology, Change Management standards and supporting technology (Jira, Service Now, Tableau)
• Solid oral and written communication and stakeholder management skills. Interpersonal skills and ability to provide reports and briefing materials to senior management
