Salary:

This is an exciting role that will focus on driving awareness and sales for our courses and memberships, collaborating with the rest of the education marketing team. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel campaigns with support from the Head of Marketing.
  • Deliver online and offline activity ensuring key messages/initiatives are consistent, on-brand, on budget, and on time.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and other marketing channels using a variety of marketing platforms and tools.
  • Working with the paid media team to create compelling campaigns across a variety of channels with close collaboration to ensure targets are being met within budget.
  • Work closely with the course team to ensure alignment of messaging, approach, and priorities.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing plan and participate in wider marketing initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance against agreed-upon metrics.
  • Read industry news to keep up to date with industry trends and technology.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure we’re collaborating throughout, optimizing for the full-funnel, and closing as many leads as we can!

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing planning, building, and executing campaigns.
  • Experience executing and planning email campaigns
  • Able to manage own time and complete multiple tasks/ assignments with potentially competing deadlines.
  • Great copywriting and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with good digital and analytic skills.
  • You are an extraordinary teammate always willing to jump in and offer support and say yes to taking on new things.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced start-up, target-driven environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using ESPs and CMSs, and basic knowledge of GA.
