About the role:
Marketing Manager

Job entails:
Social media management, email marketing, personal branding, paid ads, copywriting, basic graphic design, and campaign strategy and implementation.

Hours: Full time
Location: Flexible between remote and in the office in Dunstable
Start date: ASAP

Who you are:
Ideally, you will have 3+ years of experience with digital marketing. You know social media platforms like the back of your hand. You like TikTok. You are keen on growing our client accounts, plus working on your own personal branding. You are creative and can bring in ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to the table. You can create client campaigns and implement them. You are slick at copywriting and know basic graphic design for social media posts. You have fantastic client-facing skills and work toward deadlines with ease. Oh, and bring your enthusiasm and your initiative, you’re going to need it.

Some on-the-job training can be provided.

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Social media creation & schedule
• Creating email campaigns
• Copywriting
• Staying on top of marketing & social media trends
• Adobe and Canva experience for basic graphic design

Preferred knowledge of:

• Social media scheduling platform
• Canva
• Adobe Suite
• MailerLite & MailChimp
• Shooting TikToks
• Trello
• LinkedIn personal branding
