The role:
BT and EE is doing more B2B marketing than ever before.
As copywriter in the team, you will be concepting and writing content across a wide range of projects covering digital, Print and motion. You will be working closely with your stakeholders taking on briefs, presenting creative and taking on direct feedback as well as working with them to constantly evaluate, test and optimise our work, reacting quickly to the results to ensure our creative is having the best impact possible.

Your core duties include:
  • Writing content for a wide range of projects from events to campaigns.
  • Working closely with design team to create, develop and present campaign concepts that work across multiple deliverables.
  • Writing content that hits the project brief and our customers love.
  • Create Storyboards for Video creation.
  • Work with external suppliers on content creation.
  • Responding quickly to stakeholder briefs and actively optimising the content you create.
  • Working closely with our brand team to ensure everything is on brand.
  • Develop compelling creative work in line with our strategy.
  • To be aware of competitor’s creative work.

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous experience working in in house design team or creative agency
  • Strong creative thinking and experience in developing and executing creative concepts.
  • Experienced in following brand guidelines.
  • Confidence to present and explain ideas to stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Strong copywriting experience with a broad portfolio which demonstrates your experience covering a wide range of content.
  • Experience in creating campaigns and advertisement for social and display.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to understand the target audience.
  • Ability to write copy in a variety of styles and formats.
  • Capable of cutting through complex tech jargon and translating it into our tone of voice.
  • Ability to work with different tone of voice’s across different brands and audiences.

Flexible working:
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
