PwC offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our new OnDemand Executive Support team within Infrastructure, Workplace & Secretarial (I&WS). We are passionate about customer service with the team’s key focus being to provide a high level of support for stakeholders who are in an interim period with regard to permanent Exec Support. This might be as a result of long term absence, a secondment, or whilst we onboard new hires into Exec Support. You will be part of an innovative team who will offer support across all Lines of Service, providing you with the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of activities.

The role will suit an individual looking to start their career in PwC, who is prepared to provide support to the Executive Support team and wider UK stakeholders. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with the passion and ability to upskill yourself. You will establish relationships quickly and have a very flexible approach, being confident and comfortable with changing workloads.
The role requires a high level of self management and personal responsibility coupled with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage tasks and workload. You will have a customer service mindset, good communication skills and the ability to keep up to date with current and emerging technology.
As part of an OnDemand executive support team, responsibilities include:
Management of stakeholders diaries using autonomy to make decisions.
Ability to draft stakeholder emails and engaging with stakeholders to make decisions
Proactive research, organisation and delegation of global travel logistics
Timely preparation of expenses and invoice claims for stakeholders, ensuring compliance to the relevant expenses policy.
Stakeholder meeting management, including preparation and attendance of meetings, producing minutes and follow up actions.
Project coordination - attend project meetings (as requested) to understand requirements, delivery timescales, supporting actions and regular interaction with the project team.
Draft and proofread internal and external communications for quality, accuracy and relevance, consulting with stakeholders and relevant teams.
End to end organisation and management of a wide range of events; both internally and externally.
Understanding of stakeholders priorities, clients and teams to optimise stakeholder time management.
Provide support on the Firm's Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce) including navigation of dashboards and creating opportunities.
Engagement on social media campaigns when directed following PwC policies and guidelines.
Basic capability and understanding of data manipulation, visualisation and insights.
Support stakeholders and others in upskilling of Firmwide systems.
Apply understanding of regulatory requirements and data management, ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
Take ownership of all enquiries and problems, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
Build a diverse network of relationships and engage with various initiatives, social mobility, participation in projects, firmwide live streams.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies and promote the range of services within IWS with stakeholders.
Upwardly manage your stakeholders to ensure they also comply with the Firm’s policies and procedures and meet Firms deadlines.
Demonstrate knowledge of wellbeing initiatives within IWS, Stakeholders and their teams
Delegate transactional work where appropriate to effectively manage workloads.
Confidently manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of work
High level of attention to detail
Quickly build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, most of whom will be working remotely to you
Show a curious mindset to existing and emerging technologies to support new ways of working and the ability to embrace and adapt to new technology in a fast moving tech environment.
Ensure high levels of customer services at all times, and be an advocate for the IWS team.
Due to the nature of workflow into the team individuals will need to have a flexible, adaptable approach, quickly building trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless service is delivered
Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders who might have conflicting priorities.
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Ability to work proactively, and make decisions where appropriate.
