Job title: Pensions Project Manager

Salary: c.£55k plus depending on experience and car allowance

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and deliver Pension Related Projects as required, leading or working alongside a dedicated Project Manager
• Implementation of agreed benefit change initiatives, with Advisors, Providers and Business HR Colleagues
• Management and Implementation of any agreed changes with any of the Third Party Administrators (TPAs) or Providers
• Make recommendations for Continuous Improvement opportunities linked to all services provided to the Trustees, the Corporate and Pension Scheme Members
• Understanding of Project Methodology
• Management of Project Budgets and Timescales
• Delivery of Project updates to Stakeholders

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Pensions experience gained inhouse or within a Consultancy or Third Party Administrator
• Proven project management experience
• Stakeholder experience

Desirable:

• Pensions qualification or member of Pensions Management Institute
• PRINCE2 Project Management
• Continuous Improvement examples within a complex organisation

The Pensions team:

Would you like to gain experience within one of the UK’s largest in-house pension teams? In this role, you will be supporting the Heads of Member and Trustee Services to ensure delivery of pension projects and continuous improvement initiatives for all of the Company’s pension arrangements.
