We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Porsche Digital Expert & Photographer to join us at Porsche Centre Norwich.

Reporting directly to the Centre Principal, this new role within the Porsche network will take ownership and accountability for ensuring the entire online presence of the centre is maintained to the highest standards and the overall brand / marketing strategy expected by Porsche and LIND.

The purpose of this role is to continue to increase and improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through various digital marketing activities and managing the process of social leads through various online channels.

Creativity and an eye for fine detail are essential, as you will be photographing & videoing all of our Used car Stock and responsible for refining our webpage and social media pages. You will find managing our social channels a satisfying challenge, whether you are creating original and on-brand responses to customer comments, initiating non-gimmicky quizzes and polls, or organising video contests that gauge customers’ ever-changing views, trends and attitudes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take professional, creative photographs & videos of all vehicles, to Porsche standards
• Ensure all vehicles are advertised on our website within time parameters set out by the Centre Principal.
• Manoeuvring the vehicles around the site and offsite to capture best images
• Manage and maintain all digital platforms, Centre web page and social media channels with the latest up to date content, whilst working with our marketing team, always keeping in close alignment with Porsche guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to online customer comments (e.g. social media posts, reviews) in a timely, professional and brand adequate manner
• Drive customer satisfaction and positive 5* customer reviews to maintain our centre’s reputation
• Remain a digital expert by keeping up to date with online trends and utilising social media platforms to their fullest to support enquiry leads

Essential:

• A full clean driving licence
• Photography experience, ideally with a DSLR camera
• Experience managing business social media platforms
• Experience working within a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of cars, ideally the Porsche brand
