The Royal Opera House`s Audiences and Media Department plays a vital role in the success of the Royal Opera House, telling the story of the organisation and encouraging people engage with us - whether by attending a performance, seeing a live screening at the cinema, streaming a performance online, or coming in to enjoy the shop, bars, and restaurants in our iconic Covent Garden building.


We are seeking to recruit to the new post of Project Manager (Physical Product) within the in-house ROH Production Team. You will be responsible for the delivery of print projects, reviewing each request and managing the QA process, escalating complex projects to the Scheduling Lead. You will work with the Scheduling Lead to ensure an effectively resourced and budgeted annual plan for project delivery, working to internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role will suit a well organised individual, who can think on their feet, problem solve and has a track record in supporting creative teams with their project delivery needs. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and effectively cascade information and respond to questions.


To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of content delivery for a creative team or arts organisation
  • The ability to use systems for tracking multiple project workflows, deliverables and budget expenditure
  • A firm understanding of digital, print and production processes and the resources needed to deliver creative content assets
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365, with experience using shared information systems like SharePoint
  • Effective decision-making skills, reflecting key priorities (which are subject the change) in workflow management
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy, and experience of working this way in a highly deadline-sensitive environment
