About the Role
We are recruiting for a Residential Operations Officer to join the Residential Services team, reporting to the Assistant Residential Operations Manager. Residential Services overall purpose is providing support for students living in QM accommodation. The post holder will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the provision of operational services in the halls at all four QM residential sites.
The post is full time and will work 35 hours per week, on a fixed pattern, working Tuesday – Sunday inclusive from 10am to 6pm. The post holder will report to the Assistant Residences Operations Manager and will be part of the Residential Services Team who provide support to the 3000 residents who live in halls across 4 sites.
About You
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working within student accommodation or a hotel setting and fully appreciate the importance of giving a first-class customer experience. Whilst the working pattern is fixed, there are times when the post holder will need to be flexible with hours to cover busy periods such as move in weekend and open days plus the summer period when rooms are let out to conference guests.
The post is full time, permanent appointment. Starting salary will be in the range of £29,642 - £36,348 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
