What will I do?
You will be based in either our Front of House or on-park teams (or both!) and be a role model for exceptional guest service and professionalism.
No two days are ever the same for a Security Officer at THORPE PARK Resort. We promote a diverse culture as well as a vigilant and confident approach to the role.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Conduct bag checks and personal searches
- Patrol the resort adopting a proactive approach and supporting other teams as needed.
- Respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with emergency services and the on – site First Aid team to ensure a smooth operation in any emergency response scenarios.
- Protection of company assets as required
An ideal candidate:
- MUST have an SIA Door Supervisor licence to apply
- Must be over the age of 18
- Be able to use De-Escalation skills and conflict management in conjunction with SIA training to help ensure good outcomes to any incidents as required.
- Crowd management skills are essential.
- Remain flexible in relation to working hours.
- Be approachable and confident
- Willing to drive standards
- Motivated to work closely with other departments on a daily basis.

Pay: £10.50
Pay Rates will be increased in April 2023 due to National Minimum Wage review
