We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Highways team based in Brackley, Northamptonshire to provide an effective and efficient administration service. Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

Salary: £30k FTE

Responsibilities

As a Senior Administrator you’ll provide effective cost management and reports within tight deadlines

Your day to day will include:

• Logistical & low value procurement (materials, plant & labour) via Causeway orders & purchase cards.
• Receipting of goods & services into Causeway via goods received notes/timesheets.
• Production of plant, material & labour (if applicable) returns.
• Weekly cost production (if applicable).
• Manage on site Invoice holds and liaise with site teams and AP to resolve issues

• Experience in a similar role
• Great organisation skill and be able to prioritise workload
• Excellent IT skills
