Customer Services Support for SIPP

Stirling / Hybrid

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Services Support Members to join our established and growing SIPP business in our Stirling office.

The role:

To assist SIP consultants with administration duties for their portfolio’s focusing on:

  • Prepare and issuing all annual valuations and Illustrations
  • Reviewing and updating contract notes, investment updates, bank statement checking and tax vouchers
  • Administration for new SIPPs being set up
  • Reviewing Bank Ledgers and update postings
  • Demonstrating ownership over all queries and issues raised
  • Awareness of fee management principles
  • Actively updating SSASMAN or Swift plus all relevant databases
  • Ensuring department processes are followed at all times
