Shoe Zone has an opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team based in . You will join us on a full time (37.5 hours), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About us:
We are a town centre, retail park and digital footwear retailer, offering low price and high quality footwear for the whole family. We operate from 360 stores and have approximately 2,650 employees across the UK.
Our store portfolio consists of 271 high street stores, which stocks the core Shoe Zone product range and 44 hybrid high street stores and 45 larger retail park stores which also stock additional brands such as Skechers, Hush Puppies and Kickers.
shoezone.com, which stocks online exclusive footwear, combined with our store network and marketplaces, ensures a full multi-channel offering for great customer service.
During an average year we sell 14.5 million pairs of shoes per annum at an average retail price of £12.50.
The Store Manager role:
As a Store Manager you will have the responsibility for the running of your store - you will be a hands on individual who leads from the front in a role which can at times be challenging and demanding, focussing ultimately on maximising sales through your local knowledge, exceeding budget targets, efficient cost controlling, promoting the best customer service and looking for opportunities to lead, motivate, develop and inspire your team.
