Summary of the role

Day to day you will be accepting Zendesk tickets from customers and, following an assessment thereof, resolving application and software related issues for the client/s. The role further entails answering telephone calls, taking ownership of any JIRA development tickets that are raised internally and data import tasks. You'll work closely with the Implementations Department from time to time and in line with the end goal of ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This is a 1st Line customer support role in line with our Service Level Agreement.


Typical Hours

Office hours 0830 - 1730, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week. Weekend cover is required from time to time for which an additional payment is made. Occasional night shift cover may be required. Role works from Home.


Essentials:


  • IT literate and experienced
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills

Desirables:

  • Sector experience would be useful
  • Knowledge of JIRA and/or Zendesk

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years IT Customer Support experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
