Enterprise Sales Manager

Location: UK, London, or Remote/#LI-Remote

The position of Enterprise Sales Manager will develop net new business for MetricStream’s GRC portfolio with an aggressive quota and commensurate rewards. The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS to information security, regulatory compliance, risk, and vendor management departments, preferably in the BFSI industry. This is your chance to make an impact in the fast-growing GRC space, helping organizations solve real business challenges with our portfolio of integrated enterprise apps for modern and digital enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for building a SaaS sales pipeline within assigned vertical/territory of net new business
Work closely with globally distributed Marketing, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to develop and close business opportunities
Execute sales plans in the region/vertical and converge the efforts of all team members to achieve exceptional results
Build a trusted advisor relationship developing personal and professional networks
Skills and Experience

Experience in selling enterprise software, ideally with some Governance, Risk, Compliance, Data Protection or Cyber expertise
Industry experience selling SaaS to Financial Services, Banking, and Capital Markets is desired
Proven experience in self-creating and building a robust pipeline
Practical experience in closing deals in excess of $150k ACV
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota
Fluency in an additional language such as German, Spanish, or French is a big plus
SFDC experience with strong forecasting skills is required
Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint

Salary Range :: £67,313.00 to £112,189.00
