We are looking for a motivated, experienced and ambitious MEP Commercial Manager working for our Midlands Region. Ideally you should have experience with large MEP projects and had experience in regional business management functions. The role will require some travel in accordance with industry norms, so ability to be flexible and have your own transport will be required.

In this role, you will be responsible for the financial and commercial performance of large projects, while also providing mentoring and leadership to a commercial team and taking a client facing role for FCL. You will be a proficient practitioner of all facets of Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, whilst having a good grasp and knowledge of MEP systems.

In addition, we are looking to grow and expand our Midlands Region, so in addition to the day to day fee earning activities you will also be involved with promoting FCL which shall include work winning activities including contacting and presenting to potential business leads in order to generate business growth in the Midlands Region.
