We exist as a company to help solve the recruitment training crisis at scale.

How are we solving this problem?By providing the best on-demand training and development platform for progressive recruitment companies & consultants, where all of our training is delivered by today’s top performers.

The delivery by today’s top performers is our secret sauce & a big reason why our customers love us.

So far, I (being the founder - Hishem Azzouz) have sold & acquired every single customer, but it’s time to build our sales team, especially as we have just part closed our pre-seed investment round.

You will be our first sales hire & have a unique opportunity to build our sales team from the ground up.

But what you won’t be doing from scratch is learning how to sell our solution to prospects, as I have built a pretty extensive sales playbook which you will be able to use & adapt to yourself right away.

You won’t experience any of the - join a brand-new company as a sales hire & are expected to figure out how to be successful & hit your targets all on your own.

We don’t roll like that - let’s get into what your typical day may look like & what you can expect in this role.

Your typical day may look a bit like this...

  • After enjoying your morning coffee, you will start going through the to-do list that you probably made the day before.
  • You will likely have your day broken up into different parts, such as sharing content on Linkedin, growing your network online, following up with prospects, improving your sales outreach email campaigns and calling sessions.
  • You will always have time to walk through our learning platform & ensuring you feel confident with what you are selling - in time, you will become a product expert.
  • You will have consistent coaching from the Founder to ensure you have the best possible chance of hitting your sales targets.
  • You will buddy up with the Founder to have calling sessions, so you don’t always feel alone when selling - it’s always fun to sell & bounce off others when prospecting.
  • You will spend time reviewing our sales playbook & reflecting on what continues to work & what doesn’t.
  • You will have complete clarity on what your targets are for the month & how far you are away from hitting them / exceeding them.
  • You will attend product demos & discovery calls with the founder so you can learn how to sell our product & uncover challenges amongst our prospects.
  • Finally, you may even spend some time looking at what you are going to spend your commission on that month because you have smashed your targets ;)

So what experience must you have to land this job?

In all honesty, we are super open-minded.

But, we have one non-negotiable & that is you have at least two years experience in a sales job, or you may have worked in recruitment or may even be currently working within recruitment.

But to paint you a picture of what you might enjoy in your current role, that would probably mean you could be a fantastic SDR.

  • You love building relationships with your prospects & customers.
  • You're a good listener & you’re curious.
  • You love learning & you're always on the lookout for ways you can improve.
  • You enjoy your current sales job/recruitment job but may feel like you are just a number within your business & would love to see directly how your sales effort impacts the business's growth.
  • You love a to-do list &, most of all, ticking tasks off the to-do list.
  • You know you're always going to experience challenges & setbacks, but you aim to take learnings from them rather than let them hold you back.
  • You're open-minded about how you do your job & you're happy to try different things.
  • You hold yourself accountable to your goals & you enjoy being given the autonomy in your role to make it your own.
